Deer Brand accepts order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. Returns or replacements are available only for damaged or defective products reported within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Due to the handmade nature of our candles, bath salts, and other products, slight variations are not considered defects. Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.
